Helen has been a student of yoga, advaita philosophy and meditation for over 20 years. After training and working as a lawyer for a period of time, she made a heart-fueled choice to pursue teaching yoga and mindfulness teaching full-time in 2011. Since then she’s spent her time adventuring, studying and teaching around the world. A recent adventure has been becoming a mum, which has cracked her heart and faculty of wonder wide open all over again. She lives in Wellington and works with groups and individuals teaching yoga, mindfulness and meditation as well as facilitating teacher training’s and retreats. Helen invites students to be present, to move intentionally & compassionately, to breathe and to investigate how their practice on the mat can influence and enhance their life off the mat.
