Caroline Mastreani

Caroline offers over 10 years of yoga teaching experience that has ranged from Ashtanga to Vinyasa Flow to Hatha, Yin and Kids’ Yoga. Her focus over the past couple of years has turned more specifically towards incorporating yoga practices into the treatment of various mental health issues – working with clients who suffer from stress, anxiety, depression and trauma. Her deepest intention as a teacher is to create spaces where participants feel safe to go inside and explore – a space where they can discover exactly what they need both on and off the yoga mat. She lives in Wellington with her husband, two lovely kids and dog, and runs her own yoga business, Flow Yoga.
