
Fit & Strong Series
The Fit & Strong series is introducing a new element to the online classes – High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT. This form of exercise is designed to get your heart rate up, strengthen and tone and boost metabolism (hooray)…and the best thing is that you only do short bursts of activity (20 seconds per round, completing 8 rounds in total) and you get to rest for 10 at the end of every round!
